Commercial terms
Terms of sale.
These website terms explain Aeronestdock’s standard B2B quotation and ordering process. A written quotation, proforma invoice, or signed agreement controls the final transaction.
1. Seller identity and role
Aeronestdock is the business identity used on this website. Aeronestdock is an independent product supplier and is not DJI or an official DJI website. Product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
2. Quotations and order formation
Website prices are planning references unless a page expressly states otherwise. An order is formed only after the buyer accepts a written quotation, proforma invoice, or signed agreement issued by Aeronestdock. The written document controls the product model, quantity, package contents, currency, validity period, delivery scope, warranty route, and support responsibilities.
3. Price, payment, and cancellation
Currency, payment milestones, bank charges, tax responsibility, quotation validity, and any cancellation terms are stated in the written quotation. Configured, activated, ordered-on-demand, or specially procured items may not be cancellable after supplier commitment unless the written quotation allows it.
4. Availability, delivery, and import
Availability and lead time are estimates until confirmed in writing. The quotation identifies the delivery destination, freight or insurance scope, applicable Incoterm when used, and the party responsible for duties, taxes, customs clearance, permits, and local receiving arrangements.
5. Inspection, damage, and returns
The buyer should inspect packaging and products promptly after delivery and retain evidence of visible damage. Damage, shortage, or model discrepancy should be reported using the process in Shipping & Returns. Products must not be returned without written authorization.
6. Compliance and operating responsibility
The buyer is responsible for confirming import eligibility, local product requirements, aviation rules, radio requirements, site safety, installation, and operating approval unless a written agreement assigns a specific task to Aeronestdock. Product specifications and performance figures must be evaluated against current manufacturer documentation and the intended environment.
7. Force majeure and limitation
Delivery may be affected by manufacturer allocation, export controls, carrier restrictions, customs, severe weather, network disruption, government action, or other events outside reasonable control. Any transaction-specific remedies or limitations are stated in the controlling written agreement.
