After-sales process

Warranty and RMA.

Warranty coverage depends on the exact product, region, activation status, manufacturer policy, and written quotation. Confirm the route before returning any hardware.

1. Confirmed warranty scope

The written quotation or order confirmation identifies the applicable seller, manufacturer, regional, or service-plan warranty route. Aeronestdock does not publish one universal warranty period because coverage can differ by product, destination, activation, and selected DJI Care or enterprise service plan.

2. Delivery inspection

Inspect the outer packaging before signing where practical. Photograph damage, retain packaging, verify the model and quantity, and report a suspected delivery defect within seven calendar days. This reporting window supports evidence collection; it does not replace any mandatory rights that apply to the transaction.

3. Information required for an RMA

  • Quotation, invoice, or order reference
  • Product name, serial number, and activation status
  • Delivery date and destination
  • Clear fault description, logs, screenshots, photos, or video
  • Steps already taken and current firmware version

Email the information to info@aeronestdock.com. Do not ship hardware until written return instructions are issued.

4. Common exclusions

Coverage normally does not include misuse, crash or impact damage, water or environmental exposure outside published limits, unauthorized repair or modification, improper installation, unsupported accessories, consumable wear, failure to follow maintenance guidance, or damage caused by local power, network, or site conditions. The controlling warranty terms determine the final decision.

5. RMA workflow

  1. Identify: provide the order and product evidence.
  2. Triage: complete remote troubleshooting when safe and practical.
  3. Authorize: receive the return address, packaging, shipping, and customs instructions.
  4. Inspect: the responsible service party evaluates coverage and remedy.
  5. Resolve: repair, replacement, parts supply, return, or paid service is confirmed in writing.
