Description
Product introduction
DJI Dock 3 is an automated drone-in-a-box platform designed for remote missions with the Matrice 4D Series. It supports routine routes and on-demand flights while providing aircraft charging, environmental monitoring, RTK positioning, communications, and remote equipment management.
Compared with earlier dock generations, Dock 3 adds vehicle-mounted deployment, an IP56 enclosure, a wider operating-temperature range, O4+ Enterprise transmission, and faster mission turnaround. It is intended for organizations building a managed drone program rather than a standalone aircraft purchase.
Key capabilities
- Supports both fixed installations and mobile vehicle-mounted deployment.
- Integrated RTK, internal and external security cameras, weather sensing, and FlightHub 2 connectivity.
- Charges a landed Matrice 4D Series aircraft from 15% to 95% in approximately 27 minutes under stated test conditions.
- Supports remote operations and third-party platform integration through DJI Cloud API.
- The dock charges the installed aircraft battery; it does not automatically replace batteries.
DJI Dock 3 packages and deployment options
The standalone DJI Dock 3 hardware price is $10,999 USD. Published hardware packages are $16,999 USD for Dock 3 + Matrice 4TD and $15,999 USD for the Dock 3 + Matrice 4T procurement bundle. Matrice 4T is controller-operated and does not dock with Dock 3. A complete project quotation changes with mounting, installation, software, communications, spare batteries, freight, taxes, and regional requirements.
- Fixed-site package: designed for repeat routes from a prepared location with power, network, grounding, and a verified operating area.
- Vehicle-mounted package: supports mobile field operations when the vehicle is parked on a suitable surface and the deployment is planned around DJI requirements.
- Matrice 4D package: suited to visible-light inspection, mapping, progress capture, and corridor missions.
- Matrice 4TD thermal package: suited to thermal anomalies, energy assets, night patrol, public safety, and emergency response.
International delivery and regional project planning
Published package prices are not landed project totals. A complete quotation depends on the selected package, quantity, destination, freight, insurance, import charges, installation, software, and support scope.
AeroNest prepares destination-specific quotations for projects in the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, and other international markets. Product availability, regional compatibility, taxes, duties, customs responsibilities, installation, and local aviation requirements must be confirmed for every shipment.
